… My hand is healed up well from the Sherman Pendergarst fight. We sparred on Sunday and it was 6 guys. We went 11 – 3 minute rounds. I’m practicing boxing, takedown defense, it’s just crazy.
…I plan to peak at the time of the fight and work out the morning of the fight to get my blood flowing.
…Before a fight, I do not get nervous, AlI i get is anxious. I listen to a lot of Rage Against the Machine. I just want to get in there and start fighting. I’m really excited.”
Spike TV today confirmed that cast member Kevin “Kimbo Slice” Ferguson is scheduled to compete at the Dec. 5 live finale for “The Ultimate Fighter 10.” The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale will be at the The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. The fights main card, including a Jon Jones vs. Matt Hamill headliner, airs on Spike TV. Kimbo vs. Houston Alexander is expected to take place at a catch-weight of 215 pounds. Should be a great card for a free fight on Spike.
